Desk Item: Item V.f. <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> Salary <br /> • Effective pay day, May 29, 2015, 5% COLA increase; <br /> • Effective July 1, 2015, 5% COLA increase; <br /> • Effective July 1, 2016, 2.5% COLA increase; <br /> Employee Retirement Contribution <br /> • Effective May 29, 2015 pay check, additional 1.5% employee contribution to EPMC. <br /> • Effective July 1, 2015, additional 1.5% employee contribution to EPMC; <br /> Educational Incentive <br /> • Police Managers with a Master's Degree will receive a 5% increase in base salary; or <br /> • Police Managers with a Bachelor's Degree in conjunction with successful completion of <br /> POST Command College, or FBI National Academy, or West Point Leadership Program <br /> will receive an additional 5% in base pay. <br /> Longevity <br /> • 5% base salary increase for completion 19 years of law enforcement as a sworn police <br /> officer <br /> Administrative Leave <br /> • 120 hours per year <br /> Cash Outs <br /> • Police Managers may cash out up to 120 hours of Administrative Leave and up to 80 <br /> hours of vacation per fiscal year, provided an 80 hour vacation bank balance is <br /> maintained after cash out. <br /> Medical Allowance <br /> • Effective pay day May 29, 2015, $1,725 per month; <br /> • Effective January 1, 2016, $1,850 per month; <br /> • Effective January 1, 2017, $2,000 per month; <br />
