C�F�'Nl� <br /> .�"� _`�y `-��-`,��'i� <br /> � � �t <br /> ��� <br /> .,r,,,��,�U�� ; <br /> h�'M+>ta,�..,r�ti <br /> CITY OF UNION CITY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City of Union City <br /> for the purpose of considering the following: <br /> Municiaal Code Amendment (AT-13-0011 <br /> The City of Union City is proposing to modify Chapter 18.40, Industria/ Districts, of the <br /> Municipal Code to: <br /> • Remove Professional Trade Schools and Colleges, Transit and Passenger Railroad <br /> Stations, and Union Halls from the list of principal permitted uses allowed in the ML <br /> Zoning District; <br /> • Remove Health Services (medical, dental, physical therapy and pharmacies) from the <br /> list of conditional uses allowed in the ML Zoning District; and <br /> • Remove Union Halls from the list of principal permitted uses and add to the list of <br /> conditional uses allowed in the MS Zoning District. <br /> The proposed project is considered exempt from environmental review in accordance <br /> with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), a <br /> general exemption for projects with no potential for significant effect on the environment. <br /> For further information regarding this project, contact Carmela Campbell, Planning <br /> Manager, at (510) 675-5316.
